FITEQ's TEqball youth programme
Objectives
The Teqball Youth Programme is specifically designed to support the overall Youth Development Programme of FITEQ. As nowadays teqball is evolving very quickly, the next generation of teqers must be supported in a systematic, supporting and sustainable way.
FITEQ's Teqball Youth Programme is launched to increase the participation numbers of youth athletes, providing them opportunity to compete on a domestic and later on an international level. The principles of the Programme are as follows:
-
Creating an environment for the young generation of teqers in which they can safely improve their general skills and abilities through the values of the sport of teqball.
-
Providing an atmosphere for the participating athletes in which they can train, practice and compete on a domestic level.

Giving the participating athletes an opportunity to challenge themselves and later to take a step forward towards the international level - following FITEQ's Athlete Career Pathway.
